Tomorrow is one of the biggest holidays here in Sweden, where we eat and get stupidly drunk. And of course the frog dancing, or Fågeldansen as we call it over here. But this year I will just take it easy and stay at home watching some new movies and such. But I made a new muxtape for this weekend though. Below is the track list.
Tomorrow is the day when Euro2008 kicks off, and it has been a long wait. At the same time me and my girlfriend will be going to Lund for a flat warming party, but I just recently noticed that Thieves Like Us will be playing live at Debaser here in Malmö, which I’ll surely miss out on.
Next week I’ll be traveling north to Stockholm to visit some old friends and hang out, but we’ll mostly follow the football games that weekend. It’ll be great to catch up on things and so on..
Today I signed up for Plurk to give it a shot, especially now when Twitter is down almost all the time. Can’t say much about it yet, but I added it to my “Elsewhere” links to the right.

SRVC SUMMER 2008
Yay! So I just got my co-op pass and this is the album art of SRVC003. The zShare link will still be there, but go and get co-op’d because there is already some nice stuff there in the back end and 3 downloads so far. The streaming feature is not working as of yet, but I’m sure it’ll be nice when it does.
It seems that the summer sun is here to stay (at least this week) and because it’s Monday, it is time to fill up my music player with new music for the week. So first up is State ´08 by The Embassy, which hasn’t really been released yet, but has a fair playtime on radio P3 here in Sweden.
Although this version is a radio rip and isn’t the best quality, it still serves it purpose in my playlist until they release it in the end of this week (June 7th). So enjoy it and then go buy the real deal!
At the same time why not check out their record labels new feature which is called Service co-op which gives you some really nice stuff when you support them. Don’t miss that one out!
Edit:
Apparently it has been released during the weekend which I totally missed out, due to not having myself signed up for the Service co-op (doh!) Too bad they only use Paypal for their online CC payment, and even if its widely used, I never really trusted Paypal due to the amount of scam/spam. Would be cool if they could switch or add Google Checkout as well. But I’ll use the standard Plusgiro option instead.
One of my favorite bands, Sigur Rós has recently announced its upcoming album, and by doing so they released a music video for their first single. Same single is available FREE for download.
